I've changed my mind and need to return my order, what do I need to know?
30 days of your order date - any return requests made after this time, will not be able to be returned.
I want to organise the return of my order with a Courier that I choose, is this an option?
Our warehouses are just not set up to receive items from the general public and although you are not able to arrange a return to us, our Team will be more than happy to organise the pickup and returning freight of these tyres back to us, for you.
How long does the return process take & when will I get my refund?
This process might take up to 15 working days and a refund will be made once the tyres have been processed back into our warehouse.
As soon as a refund has been sent from us, your Issuing Bank usually takes 2-5 business days to credit your original payment method.
If you paid with zipMoney, we'll refund your zipMoney wallet and depending on zipMoney, this might take up to 15 working days.
If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide us with your Account Name, Account Number and BSB Number.
Your refund will exclude the returning freight cost of $25 per tyre. If your order did not qualify for free metro delivery, the freight costs initially paid will not be included in this refund back to you.
